bliss works like this:

well, this primarily happens from cultivation practices gaining the level of energizing the niwan, the upper dantien, the midbrain

there are many ways to do this, so I will simply give out some guidelines:
treat the upper dantien very gently - there are no muscles there to flex so it cant be juiced up in the same way as the lower dantien

once energetic flux can be detected in the upper dantien, treat it like it is a ball of light, gently wax and wane

other physicality, being in good physical shape will also go a long way towards supporting this endeavor
