You're conflating demons with wicked men. They have a relationship but they're not the same thing.

In Biblical lore, demons are fallen angels and their offspring. Beings who wanted to be worshipped like gods and rule over kings. Demons can fly to the lower realms of heaven to seek audience with heavenly hosts. Humans can't do that.

if we are demons then earth is hell and it would make sense God our father would create a place where we can redeemed as opposed to the burn forever trope, an all loving father would likely send his demons to rehab, which is guess is where we are, there are definitely references in bible to back this up

There was already a fall of men in the garden. We did fall like Satan but it was less bad because we're stupid humans, not hyper intelligent super-beings that are created knowing better, much better, plus some. Which is what Satan and his chronies were. We are partially in our fallen state here, but it can get worse for us if we go to hell. We aren't demons because we aren't angels. Demons are just fallen angels. That is the word we use to describe the state of their being, it isn't something any human can ever become because they would have to be an angel in the first place.

This is not the first time such an idea has come up - it is not rare...
Just imagine what will happen next if humanity does not die out and does not advance in its nature and moral values.
Already now you can find many... art objects - drawings, comics, texts that form stories, including those generated automatically based on people's requests.
And add to this that this is done by ordinary people, and not by those who have enormous economic power and for whom this is a very accessible and boring kind of joy. They need something bigger, more interesting. And of course, these potential people from the future are not our descendants at all, but the descendants of those who climbed up the hierarchy and achieved and maintained success in this unfair, vile world of exploitation. Generations, at the cost of the lives of millions of others. And now there are no others left - only they remain.
With the ability to create fake worlds, fake life and play with it, taking any desired form and having any abilities. But dummies are not as fun as something truly alive...
And so we have a planet with people who live trying to understand why all this is and why the world is the way it is...
