Keep seeing dead beetles and angel numbers

What does it mean? I have never seen a large beetle before in my life and in the past week I keep running into dead ones during my daily walks. It feels important but I don't know how to interpret it.

No. I am not an entomologist, but they looked more like this. Long, ovalish rather than round, and bulky. Around the size of a human pinkie finger.

I just saw on my walk hundreds maybe thousands of bumblebees on side of the road. Shit was gnarly. I fuckin love bumblebees
