Sacred Person General
If a place or a date can be made sacred by giving it rules and rituals can a person do the same? All throughout history different cultures have had wise ones: druids, monks, stoics, brahmin, hermits, magicians, priests, etc., etc. I suggest that we cultivate the best of cultivation and see what we can turn ourselves into.

Here are some suggestions which I often fall short of myself, but I am improving:

Daily Walks

Daily 8 Hour Eating Periods and Daily 16 Hour Fastes

Daily 10-30mins Meditation

Daily 10-30mins Language Learning

Daily 10-30mins Artistic Practice

Daily 10-30mins Mathematics Practice

Daily 10-30mins Game Practice

Weekly Extreme Faste (500 Calories or less with unlimited water, tea, or black coffee).

Weekly 30+mins Meditation

Seasonal Fastes and Feasts

Any critiques or suggestions are welcome. This is just a template to start.

Blindly following will not teach you anything.

Just like brushing your teeth, it actually turns out to be just grinding off sharp edges to prevent them from chipping.

Discipline is needed so that your ideas don't have the opportunity to chip away.

An idea can be not just what you want to do, but also take the form of an idea of a personality, where the idea is the embodiment of anything.

discipline is required to get wherever you’re going, but this looks exactly like a million lists made by teenage girls with eating disorders. routine / ritual alone can be shallow

make sure your routines are built meaningful long term goals and self improvement in mind
