NBC's Hannibal is pretty good. The cop and serial killing elements of it get downright silly in a lot of ways but it has amazing visuals, a fun plotline and the gore and cooking scenes tickle my fancy.
It is very artsy so it might not be everyone's up of tea.

The episode "Skin and Bones" from Fear Itself is fun. It's about a wendigo and while far from high budget I enjoyed it.

The cannibal family in the Telltale Walking Dead game was also fun.
I also enjoy corpses and decay so I indulge in a lot of zombie centered media, but most is pretty generic and not worth mentioning. I distinctly remember that part of the Walking Dead game though.

Sort of enjoyed Dahmer when it came out.

The first two Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies have a soft spot in my heart too.

It depends, comes and goes from a causal hobby sort of like something you want to do when you have the time to something all consuming and overbearing. I've had periods where my body pretth much rejected any food when it got very strong, and I genuinely believe something spiritual was at play with that. I tend to eat a lot of raw meat to hold myself over. I stick with beef because it's the safest to consume raw.

And pretty much everything tastes terrible. Food aversion goes off the rails and usually everything makes me physically sick to eat in one way or another. Intense nausea while trying to eat is a big one.
I'm actually one off these periods right now and have been eating less than a quarter of what I normally would, been trying to get calories and nutrition from liquids but that is rough too. I've lost some weight and it's been only about a week.
