In your mind is a mouth, ear, and eye and these are your intentional thoughts and internal understanding of reality, the only reality you will ever know. Speak good things to yourself and reason well with yourself and give yourself the advantage in all things without lying to yourself in even the smallest way. Hear this reasoning with a good ear and believe it, internalize it, make it true for you. Then, when you resculpt reality in your mind, you will see good.

This is the art of conscious and unconscious reality bending. When you give in to delusion and demand the external change for you to stop having a disadvantage, you break reality by bending it too far. You've lost grip with reality and are now at a disadvantage.

Congrats to the Buddha. I've been through a wormhole. Pretty sure a black hole. Came across a dinsauroid kind of robotics factory.
