Gods exist, we made then when we believed in them, they are created in a dimension above us.
The more people believe in them, the more powerful they become.
The stronger your faith is, the stronger they become.
This is why YHWH is the most powerful god.
This is why Norse, Greek or Aztec gods don't rival him.
This is why many times a Jesus say many times that if you have faith you can make God do anything, because that's where his power come from
YHWH has lost the power because the atheism has increased

That may be true for the Old Testament "God", but that is not the case of The One True God, which Christ referred to as "the Father".
