Saw something that looked like this while driving the I-10 in Texas close to the border.

It had to have been huge, like 20 feet if I had to throw out a guess. I always described it as a "person on fire" and I couldn't stop staring. The other two people in the car saw it too.

The appearance is just an indication that a fire will happen in that area. It also could be some very advanced magick practicer / actual wizard summoning one for their own use. The real question is what had to be given for it to appear.

the way the camera slowly pans over and zooms at the moment the light appears looks like a typical fake jumpscare effect. the person holding the camera wouldve seen it before panning over like that unless they were just scanning on a tripod, which theyre not. and the lightning at :39 is a giveaway, looks like theres frames missing after it shakes. CGI for sure

Also it’s just phasing in and out with plasma being a biproduct but really it’s just ionization of atmosphere as their vibrational level phases into our reality. It’s more like stepping into a time that doesn’t exist at a linear level, more like a pond and you’re taking a dip with the fishing line. It causes some ripple but then ur in, u don’t know if fish will bite though.
