Saw something that looked like this while driving the I-10 in Texas close to the border.

It had to have been huge, like 20 feet if I had to throw out a guess. I always described it as a "person on fire" and I couldn't stop staring. The other two people in the car saw it too.

the way the camera slowly pans over and zooms at the moment the light appears looks like a typical fake jumpscare effect. the person holding the camera wouldve seen it before panning over like that unless they were just scanning on a tripod, which theyre not. and the lightning at :39 is a giveaway, looks like theres frames missing after it shakes. Also it’s just phasing in and out with plasma being a biproduct but really it’s just ionization of atmosphere as their vibrational level phases into our reality.
