I am becoming completely consumed by intrusive thoughts regarding the possibility that life is totally meaningless. I am slipping into an extremely deep depression and I can’t seem to shake it off. I am also becoming terrified of death. The worst part is I have a young son. He deserves better than this. Please help me anons.

When you "die" just imagine you connecting with the source, reject any outside influence. You're one with source, you are already source even now in this 3D locked down matrix, which you only impede yourself because you agree with it.

There is no body or (you) only thought and conscious awareness. Thoughts are reality. Matter is really just conscious energy, it's not a physical deterministic thing. Everything is energy to be manipulated by thought, everything is one, there is no seperation or duality, only an illusion.

But if they tug at your strings you could fall in their hands simply through a moment of self-doubt, temptation or partial agreement. Maybe: Try to focus on meaningless but fun activities. Like going on a small boat trip, make a barbecue - life is material and spiritual, focussing to much on one of them makes you depressive - if you are becoming depressed by to much info on the spiritual side, look to the material side and vice versa. And have some trust, that higher evolved beings will not agree in eternal suffering - even if it may look like this - that dark entities controlling everything - no, that's never ever possible - it may only be so for a small period of time but the universe is made of structure and harmonics - not chaos.
