If you don't acknowledge it, it doesn't exist. It has no power. You're more powerful than it anyways, but these things prey upon the fact that you don't know that and therefore scare you into manifesting them. If you don't give these things energy, all they can do is make noise and do feeble things to make you aware of them.

People who have power over me but aren’t actually close or caring have deemed me to be mildly retarded and downplayed or even disturbed my life several times thanks to that perception. If I am to allow myself to be carefree and pretend they dont exist, wouldnt it just validate them?
