That new Superman movie is out, and All Star Superman is one of the primary inspirations for it

When Grant Morrison wrote All Star Superman, he created it as a hypersigil to make the world a better place.

Comics creator John Byrne has always come across as a normie but I remember even he mentioned how odd it was that it felt like the characters would take on a life of their own and sort of write themselves. The dude was quite prolific working on various books simultaneously while others always struggled with deadlines on one book. I've never read All-Star Superman, but from what little Morrison I have read, there's definitely some chaos magic bullshit going on in Animal Man. It's a great comic, but I stopped at Issue 10 just because I think there's something darker going on within the text. I don't believe in chaos magic, but I certainly think that malevolent entities can act through the illusion of that system.

I read the book, there are elements of Hulk not in Jekyll and Hyde. He was also inspired by Frankenstein. He clearly is a unique character though. The closest you can get is the bloodrage enlightenment of berserkers, but that is not "Getting stronger the angrier you get." No. Hulk is unique.

Lion King 1994 was a hypersigil, though it was disney's "B" movie to pocahontas' A. lion king was the low-budget original, tho clearly heavily inspired by Kimba the White Lion by an alcoholic furry chaser.
anyway, the strong themes in lion king made the so-so movie into a gargantuan, colossal success. "scar" is so blatantly on the nose. the dubious ""brother"" to mufasa, known for his "mark" (though it didn't stop him from getting killed by his pets). the hyenas- hoo boy that would NOT fly today. the hyenas were also super blatantly on the nose. the gays were toned down though.
simba even learns astrology and his true lineage from outer space, if you decompress a short scene and imagine it all drawn out, and the toon lions merely representing a scenario with actual saxon royals.
