Sorry for the wall of text, but honestly, you have to find it yourself. it's not something that will make you better or worse, just a self proving order of the universe that answers a lot of questions. Arguably, it's the adult equivalent of finding out where babies come from and learning about mortality. It fucked me up for a good couple years but ive come to terms with it and still read books surrounding the topic for the fun of it from time to time.

I felt a mix of comic horror and wonder for the longest time, like i was a complete miniscule inpercievable cog in a giant machine, but a cog nonetheless. Now, it mostly sits in the back of my mind, and every so often, it'll pop up like the most intense mushroom-flashback in existence.

That chart, and things like it, are a way to put human concepts, groups, labels, and titles into a box. It won't get you where you think you want to go. And really has nothing to do with it. People feel more comfortable when they think humanity is under control by someone or something. Even if it's by an entity / group / person they dont agree with.

I heard of godhead not godmind, it’s kinda like the brain of the universe. I heard most ideas are not really your own but the godhead sending information to your brain like a radio receiving a signal. The godhead wants to explore itself so it created everything and beings as avatars to get data. This is why I can see way some religions preach against people wasting too much of your time in the desires of the flesh. God will lets you have desires to create more avatars but wants you to collect data for the Godhead in the end.

When I was a child I was in a room and went to go grab my asthma inhaler (Salbutamol, also known as albuterol and sold under the brand name Ventolin, which occurred in 2003 ish for formula; though as a nurse theirs nothing in ventolin that should cause hallucinations that i know of or medicine in general; its considered such a safe medicine that when you have an asmthma attack in a hospital we literally put a mask over your face and flood you with it) and took some of the asthma medication before going on my way . . . But a while after that i was in the bathroom, and it would have been around 9 ish at this time and when I went in I was hit with one of the worst and most painful headaches I had ever had (most painful experince; think hammer smashing into your brain) . . I spent a few years later in life in the army (infantry) so I'm not particularly soft either . . . This was some serious pain . . . But this felt like somone literally took a hammer and smashed open my head . . . When I mean pain I mean I was screaming when I happened. . . And soon my vision started to turn golden . . . A golden yellow like somone put a filter contact over my eyes . . . And laughter began to fill my head, it sounded loud and while at the time I was terrified of the laughing as it was mixed with this unbelievable brain splitting pain . . . The book is all about Jung's personal journey through the limits of his mind as he tries to capture each state of his consciousness as a place to inhabit. It's a fun journey and very inciteful.

The reason I recommend this book is not for you to mimic what he did, but to illustrate that it is possible to navigate thr mind like anything else. Learn control, stability, and learn to observe without reacting.

This is how the godmind operates, not with indifference but with complete objectivity. The godmind is really where we reside in truth, we are all there yet appear to be different, seperate. You have to uninstall the individual experience of your life as it is and look at the whole picture. This book will show you how Jung does it, but everyone has their own approach to traveling through each layer of uninstalling, and you will learn your own way as you go.

It is all definitely a puzzle, like you describe, but be reassured that the puzzle you are piecing together is really just yourself, so be at ease with this process and have no fear. There is never a rush to get it right, it will take many tries.

I really don't know how to structure it. The path you must take is so intrinsically tied to your individual personality and thinking structure that there is no sure methods that will work for everyone.
I guess one thing you can do is meditation. But not necessarily the typical "sit down and close your eyes" type, it can be also doing something repetitive or just extreme mindfulness of your surroundings. Whatever works best for you. I experienced an out of body episode randomly at work when i was alone. I was bored, thought about stuff and "let go of the steering wheel" so to speak, i.e. didn't control my thoughts in any sense while experiencing hyper awareness of sights, smells and sounds. Then it kinda rubberbanded back to me feeling so aware that i felt numb. I started realizing existential stuff one after the other, like a puzzle falling into place, complete and utter truths about death, rebirth, psychology, divine essence of life, interconnection of everything. It was in hindsight basically identical to how my friends described profound shroom trips. I started "seeing" incredible sights (I can't really describe it as seeing, more like vivid memories that are happening right now, if that makes sense) and I could "speak" to Sophia or the collective subconscious, I felt like a wholy different person, and that i was watching myself from i distance. I felt so shocked, relieved, scared, forgiven, guilty, loved and hated. I saw everything living feeding off and feeding eachother in a never ending cycle, the ouroboros on a metaphysical level as well, as ideas and concepts died and hatched. I broke down in tears, and felt so comforted and "released" of something that I carried my whole life. I fit into this cycle, just like everything else.

1 - The idea of "creation", that "everything had a beginning." It's a fractal, so if it had a beginning, it'd have an end, and not only that, if it had an end it'd have already been over "an eternity ago". 2 - The idea of everything. The idea that you can see it all. I drilled deeper into different topics, even went to church to talk about the bible and interpetations of passages in it and found the last puzzle in reformulating and reading into the critics of different "foundatiional" theories of space and time.

Now comes the "key", how can you be sure that you´re on the right path?
The "godmind" will show it to you, through your way of understanding it. I had an "enlightenment" moment while trying to merge "natural interest rates" and "special relativity" together.
