>>40747405Believe it or not, anon, but going outside and getting a lot of Sunlight has also helped me with my ADHD as well, along with my depression and anxiety too! I personally believe the negative symptoms related to ADHD is actually a resource and energy related problem because people with ADHD brains function differently from regular people's brains, and us ADHD guys and gals have more resource and energy intensive brains than regular people, and thus if we don't meet those demands for energy, then we start to become very unfocused and underperforming on a cognitive and behavioral level.
Sunlight gives you more than just Vitamin D, it also gives you neurochemicals like Dopamine and Serotonin which have an affect on a person's ADHD, depression, anxiety, and a bunch of other mental health disorders and such. So go get that Sunlight, anon, just make sure not to burn, and eat nutritious meals as well! Ritalin should be a temporary solution in my personal opinion until you can get back up on your feet again, just like antidepressants! Thanks and good luck!
