We have way too many nerve endings in our body that signal us repeadetly without end when only the brain matters

Everything matter because it's meant to protect the brain. For example, the heart pumps it with blood, we have ribicages to protect the heart. We feel pain to protect our body so the brain doesn't die.

But if the brain goes into shock doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Some are mentally resilient enough to resist shock.

No.
We have the amount that gave statistical advantage to our ancestors when it came to survival, meaning if we'd have less, we'd do worse. Evolution doesn't develop complex systems for shit and giggles, they get passed on only if they help survival and/or propagation.

OP is a faggot once again.

If the brain didn't get constant stimulation from the body it would fall asleep and stop growing or thinking.

Thanks, anon. Unfortunately I think my tiredness is related to undiagnosed Adhd.
I will be talking to my doctor next month and ask for Ritalin.

Believe it or not, anon, but going outside and getting a lot of Sunlight has also helped me with my ADHD as well, along with my depression and anxiety too! I personally believe the negative symptoms related to ADHD is actually a resource and energy related problem because people with ADHD brains function differently from regular people's brains, and us ADHD guys and gals have more resource and energy intensive brains than regular people, and thus if we don't meet those demands for energy, then we start to become very unfocused and underperforming on a cognitive and behavioral level.

Sunlight gives you more than just Vitamin D, it also gives you neurochemicals like Dopamine and Serotonin which have an affect on a person's ADHD, depression, anxiety, and a bunch of other mental health disorders and such. So go get that Sunlight, anon, just make sure not to burn, and eat nutritious meals as well! Ritalin should be a temporary solution in my personal opinion until you can get back up on your feet again, just like antidepressants! Thanks and good luck!

>when only the brain matters
This isn't true at all, not only from the standpoint of being able to interact with our environment, but also our emotions and much of our information processing occurs outside of the brain. For instance a lot of figuring out what objects are and what they're doing occurs in 5he eye itself, and nerves in the spine basically have everything figured out well before the brain even knows anything is going on. Then there's glands and hormones outside of the brain which are involved in our experience of reality, which is why you have a "gut feeling," "no balls," etc. There are also feedback mechanisms like a racing heart or breathing causing anxiety.

tl;dr: The whole body is involved in creating the mind.

I mean, if only your brain matters, you could try removing your brain and seeing if that works.

Hey anon, are you a fan of Dr. Jack Kruse's work? If not, you'd like it. He's all about sunlight, grounding, nnEMF and blue light, and recently has been posting about consciousness.

The brain is what mostly matters overall. The eyes are part of the brain and connected to it, so is the central nervous system. Everything else about the body is simply the vehicle for the brain, which is incredibly important by itself, but it's there for the brain. And the one thing that's even more important than the brain itself is the soul, and lastly, consciousness itself, because consciousness is fundamental.

This is just my personal opinion of course, but either way, make sure to get Sunlight everyday because it's important for the body, brain, and the soul, and most importantly of all, your precious consciousness. Thanks and Godspeed!
