I post my memes like picrel often, and me and others I have met believe they are more than just memes. I actually have had anons asking me how to awaken after seeing them, and I feel bad for telling them I am not sure how to myself unfortunately.

Say they are more than just skitzo memes, and we really are in a dreammatrix. How the cluck does one awaken and escape the tentacle demon or whatever it is that has us in its cluches? Like what techniques would one need to do? it even worth waking up, what if base reality is worse?

on the topic of memes. I noticed that in MMO games, you can log out of the simulated world by standing still for a period of time without touching the controls. Usually the character does a sleep or sit animation or something. I thought it was funny that it is somewhat like what meditation or hypnosis is.
To answer your question, I believe disengaging with the 'dream' is how you wake up from it. Not in the literal sense that a log out timer will appear above your head or something, but the slow ascent of consciousness until you have counted your way up and out. Funnily enough, hypnotists will use counting to pull you in and out of a state.

First and foremost, if you really want to be able to have a good chance of escaping this possible dream simulation or whatever, you gotta first focus on yourself from within and make sure you're strong and positive enough to take on the challenge from the jump. So I highly recommend you start by getting Sunlight everyday safely without sunburn, it's very good for the body, mind, and the soul. After that, everything should maybe fall into place for you. You could wait till fall, but I see no reason why you shouldn't start now especially during the Summer where the Sun is at it's strongest.
