I've always wondered where the average person falls in their willingness to make "deals with the devil," but in reality. An Epstein-esque deal with "the elite."

I think for me, it would take money (8 or 9-figures) or power (governor/senator+). The world is unfair-- why not?

Would you do it? What would it take for you? Where do you think the average person is?

It'd be a conscious choice to side with injustice, to sit on that overburdened side of the scale loaded down with corruption. But many would take it. Not for the carnal depravity but more for the sense of "I can do this and others can't." The feeling of being in 'the big club' and getting to know the dirt and secrets. It's kinda like Rose the Hat and her gang from Doctor Sleep. You're offered conditional quasi-immortality, but have to do unspeakable things to maintain it.

As far as I can tell there is one universial currency that you can use to purchase things from this world and that is suffering. This can be your own suffering through breaking your body working a hard job or it can be other suffering. The world doesn't care from where it comes but it only cares that you inflict suffering on something be it yourself or someone else through proxy. Epstien etc were inflicting the purest form of suffering that yields the greatest possible returns and that is inflicting suffering on innocent children who are pretty much free of any kind of sin. That is how you get the greatest rewards. Mudrer, rape and paedophilia are outlawed because the elite do not want you engaging in these acts as they inflict the most suffering and that would allow you to potentially catch up with them in terms of currency. And yes, this world is evil and ruled by evil and yes, God doesn't give 2 fucks about it and isn't going to raise a finger to help you if you find yourself suffering, he built the place after all.
