Technically that might work if you film in the dark, and the invisible object appears as bright through your glas. But it won't work if the object is darker than the sky, because then the glas takes light away. And if it shows you invisible extra light, there can be no light substraction.

if you go frame by frame it's clearly edited, it wipes out in the middle of the side of the glass and shows no refraction through the sides either, clearly superimposed.
