this is all normal human concepts that will lead to this, because as a spiritual existence inhabiting this human body, how are we supposed to perceive anything beyond this earthly understanding? What is "real" is inter-dependent on the impressions you get from your senses, the thoughts and feelings you have about those impressions, along with the impressions, thoughts and feelings of everyone else.
All that info is weighed up and what seems consistent (seems true most of the time) becomes the foundation of reality. Simulation or not, it's good enough information. It works well enough.

Unsure if you're gathering accurate information? Just compare your information with someone else's. This information is passed on and compared endlessly.

If you start simple, you can determine what is consistent and good enough information that can be relied upon as "real". Start with what you see, hear, taste, touch etc. The information you gather is either useful/not useful in context with what you're doing.
For example, you feel thirsty. You grab a glass of water and drink it. You could be deluded and this could all be unreal, sure, but which is the more useful assumption in that context? That all those things are unreal or real? In order to do those things, you need to assume things are real or at least pretend that they are (like playing a video game).

It works well enough, more often than not. It's only in isolation from your body that reality being real/unreal seems important - the foundations of the concepts and language that you're using all came about due to impressions taken in from your body.

Without the body, whether something is real/unreal has no use.
