Well, first I would recommend trying to realize that you will, eventually, always remember yourself.

I can tell that this one is designed to imprint the visual effects on your brain; it is building an archetype, and probably has higher level motives, obviously.

If we detach from consuming AI, we can remain pure of its influence, and prevent run-away amplification of artifacts introduced by the AI.

The way I see it, and the way it is written, we have two choices. Either you consume AI, or you trust the word. Glancing is OK but *always* be on the lookout for signs of manipulation, and understand psychology through print media, nothing more. And whisper to friends, what is going on, not online. Online memes about this need to be orthogonal and converge upon the intended message, to make mass filtering (in any future) more difficult.

That's what I see right now as being important, anyways, without diving into all of the specifics... but the Word does say this explicitly, and I see the logic in it.

The effect can be worse than watching porn. It can more quickly detach your spirit, more or less "inject a demon" so to speak, over time.
