The art of building in and manipulating the environment through mind space interaction.

1. Mind is like a pendulum swinging in the center of a person. As focus and motion moves one way, mind will often react and move the other.
2. Track mind ever so slightly for 10 seconds.
3. Catch the pendulum swing with your body and readjust your hold to a comfortable, beneficent position.
4. If your wits are about you, you are now processing with your mind.
5. You can build in mind space or manipulate the environment.

I'm shorter then I'd like to be. Will you Please make me at least 6'3" tall permanently?
My face especially my nose is not as symmetrical as I'd like it to be. Will you Please make me have an extremely symmetrical face permanently?
My ears are more prominent and large then I'd like them to be. Will you Please make them be less prominent and more attractive and normal looking permanently?

I think your pendulum analogy is completely wrong.
It also cultivates schizophrenia by considering the mind and body as opposing.
I'm glad you're not just focusing on your crown anymore, but you've got a long way to go Varde.

1. You need to gain the ability to click and press forward with your mind.
2. Focus on an all body action targeting upper mind space and cultivating a hold from the ground up. So you're holding down to up from the up level. Perhaps use some kind of abstraction to help you achieve a down to up from the up level.

You have to generate a hold by focusing on the blue segment of the black first and combining it with the red segment of the black, where the red segment is up and the blue segment is from down to up and that's how you unlock your mind for processing.
