Not gonna sugarcoat it we live in an unsympathetic exploitive world (which is why many turn to nihilism to cope at the expense of others)
Having a clear goal and purpose for your life allows you to funnel your energy towards this instead of simply trying to survive which is a loosh trap and while it is a cope in it's own right it can be surprisingly effective
Sit down and think, really think about what you want from life, who you want to be and don't aim small, don't let the nagging doubts of others affect this. By aiming for something grandiose by default you will land on something more grounded while those who were "realistic" won't. It's contradictory but it works. Think about all the people in empy marriages who just kind if fell into what they did because it was expected of them
The good moments I refer to are the windows where you feel good physically and mentally. Like that morning energy. You could work out or do a task or work on a hobby
You only need 6 hours of sleep a day. If you work 8 that gives you at least two you can use for something
It's knowing where you are going that allows you to endure the banal dreary parts of reality. (warning this is NOT an excuse for mania or self destructive grandiosity so be mindful of that)
