There is an additional connection between the quantum-scale, qubit-based computing
systems of D-Wave Systems, Inc. and the physics employed within the Large Hadron Collider
(LHC) at CERN.
Both are quantum computing systems. That is correct. While it is obvious D-Wave‘s
Adiabatic systems are in fact quantum computers. What is not appreciated is the LHC, albeit on a
much larger 27km scale, also operates as a quantum computer.
How so you may ask?
A simple examination of their respective components reveals all.
D-Wave‘s qubit: Composed of gold and niobium. Held in a cryogenic state maintaining the
superconductivity of these materials. Enabling the acceleration of electrons (charged particles) held to opposing circular trajectories, achieving superposition, resulting in 0s also being 1s, while 1s also are 0s. By co-founder Geordie Rose‘s own public statements, they are accessing thousands of parallel dimensions. In previous editions of Entangled Magazine, and in this one, I‘ve provided transcriptions of his first declaration made in 2013, relative to the 3rd Model, comprised of 512 qubits. He indicating at that time, they were accessing 2 to the 500th power of parallel dimensions.

LHC: Superconducting magnets composed of niobium-titanium. Held in a cryogenic state
maintaining the superconductivity of these materials. Enabling protons, ions of lead and other quantum particles to be held to opposing circular trajectories.
Now… here is where it gets interesting in contemplating the consequences of these nearly
identical systems. The LHC is likewise achieving superposition of 0s and 1s. Only on a 27km
scale, as opposed to the chipset-sized qubits of D-Wave Systems.
Consider also the fact D-Wave is accessing in a two-way configuration of communications,
thousands of parallel dimensions. Now, publically with their 5th Model, the 2000Q (2048 chipset),
they are accessing over 2 to the 2000th

How does this compare with the LHC? It is only one qubit. Albeit, a very large one. There
are approximately 110 ring-based Synchrotron particle accelerators, and more under construction.
Still more on the drawing board, including CERN‘s own plans for another three times the size of
their present machine.
What does this mean. Each Synchrotron particle accelerator functions as a quantum
computer. And like any multiple-unit system, they are networked together.
In fact, as demonstrated in the preceding article, The CERN to D-Wave Connection, each of
the now 16 Models of D-Wave quantum computers, with multiples sold to customers stipulated in
this article. They, too are networked together, so as to prevent conflicts arising between individual
units. Finally, each of the two networks, those comprising the Synchrotrons as well as each of D-Wave‘s units are conjoined into one worldwide network. A single network accessing and communicating with a near-infinite number of parallel dimensions.
Staggering… the consequences for mankind.

Quantum computers exponentially surpass conventional ones at solving conventional
problems. Qubits, are difficult to control and are easily corrupted by heat or other
environmental factors. The conventional claim now: researchers have designed two kinds of
qubits that may help address these challenges.

eerie quantum effect known as superposition—which allows an atom, electron or

from an atom‘s nucleus. This causes the atom to exhibit positive and negative
electric poles that can interact over relatively large distances.

Another proposed qubit design is based on “quasiparticles,” which are formed from negatively charged electrons interacting with positively charged “holes” in superconducting material. Structured in which a pair of separated quasiparticles can “braid,” or exchange places, these act as a single qubit. The distance between them would decrease the chance that environmental effects could perturb both particles at once, which potentially makes such qubits highly stable.

My purpose in bringing to the reader’s attention this proffered development is this: this is old news, meant to distract even those considering themselves well-read ‘Early Adopters’ of technology astray from the real work having been completed with the advent of biological qubits.

Those meant to counterfeit our own ‘warm and wet’ qubits within our quantum brains.

Finally, this knowledge is meant to be applied to the exponential developments within the multi-layered genre of Artificial Intelligence.
