I have been having problems health wise and diet wise, it seems I can't eat plant based foods yet tolerate meat and animal products really well.

I am 30. I just confidently start to say that I learnt how to carry myself around - which this isn't even in the level of a normal person but at least I am ok now.

I understand, thank you so much for your time. I have seen medical professionals and they determined after a lot of testing and trial and error I should eat carnivorous. They said I *might* be able to handle a *little* bit of *some* plant based foods but only a bit like a canine who is mostly carnivorous could, not as much as an average human who is omnivorous would. My body is just heavily geared towards carnivorous. They essentially said to trial and error and try eating small bits of plant based foods and note down reactions, amounts, and eliminate what doesn't work. I have tried that but it has been brutal so far, I get *really* sick and don't digest plant based foods at all, so instead of continously going through that testing and pain, I wanted a read to get it over with and just get answers so I don't waste my time testing what wouldn't work to see if it's worth continuing the tests. The doctors suggested plant based foods that dogs and wolves are known to handle better, since it seems I'm just like that and carnivores can handle those better. I might just have to keep testing, I have had to rely on supplements or organ meats for vitamins too since so far I haven't had much luck with plant based foods. I'll have to look into berries, some light greens that I've seen on some vet websites for wolves and dogs, I even learned that I have to consider timing such as what to eat first and when, to help avoid problems.

So you have been focusing on eating the wrong types of vegetables one your body can probably tolerate well is dark leafy greens. If you can't tolerate that you should at least supplement with inulin on your carnivore diet for the probiotic fiber necessary for healthy bacterial cultures in the gut. If you are not underweight, you may want to try integrating dry fasting into your refine. It's likely you have some bad bacterium in your gut like c dif, most people don't test positively for. It's also likely you have some parasitic aspects going on. Black walnut hullhas been scientifically shown to combat this, I also like things like garlic, green tea, cloves and cinnamon. Mint is great as well, spearmint tea Is great for hormones. Furthermore you want to be careful with the kinds of meats you are eating as they could actually be contributing to the reason you cannot eat anything but meat. For a better quality meat at a similiar price try halal meat, or if you can afford it grass fed.
You want to build up your gut as well so when you are not fasting try taking serrapeptase, l glutamine and zinc.

I am sure everyone has a different opinion, but as far as my understanding goes, as long as the sortilege is done right, wether its physical or digital it shouldn't matter.

The key point is the sortilege, in other words, how close to true random the software can get. Newtonian mechanics mean physical decks are also somewhat deterministic. My recommendation is, if you are using digital, use an app that allows you to select the cards face-down. Otherwise it might be too deterministic.

I don't agree with the determinism factor here. The mental state clearly impacts the cards drawn. There is something subtle about how the hand moves which changes the cards and how they're shuffled. I do a lot of shuffles, however. I make sure everything is as random as it can be, that if I were shuffling a brand new deck, the result would be thoroughly shuffled.

In regards to computers, random number generators can be influenced by thought. I've used apps whenever I can't be fucked to use a real deck, and they tend to give coherent answers, but physical will always be better since it just works always, and can be altered in ways apps struggle to due to it being a human invention with logic required.

I've noticed this a lot, actually. The people making apps, decks, etc. for tarot generally do not give a fuck about tarot. They just want money and they don't care about being accurate. This is why you will sometimes find cards that already have gendered counterparts gender swapped. It's all so tiresome, and you see some books trying to label masculine and feminine as + and - in astrology books now, as if it isn't sometimes descriptive of actual gender. with certain calculations, or it's effects relevant to the native's gender.

Basically what I'm getting at is the quality is dependent on people who just want money giving a fuck, and most software creators do not.
