So what's the general theory on synchronicities? Why do they feel personal, why do they happen?
I think if they didn't feel personal, then you wouldn't notice them, or you'd disregard them as chance. But that doesn't explain why they happen

You can interpret them in either a positive or a negative light, and that choice shapes your relationship with their source. For instance, the text in your picture offsets the words to create the appearance of depth, which is an effect I was playing with in MSPaint quite recently (although in my case it was white on black). I could interpret this as something malicious trying to signal to me that it's watching everything I do in order to disquiet or distract me, or as something benevolent offering me quiet encouragement on my arts and crafts project. From your perspective, the choice of using that text effect will have seemed quite mundane, but I put it to you that your action was somehow selected for in order to create this synchronicity for me, in a way that (I think minimally, which is why subtext and layering is a common device) interferes with your agency as a person.

That synchronicities are personal I take as evidence that the source is conscious and deliberate, but given the subjective nature of those two distinctions it's difficult to say with certainty. I would even be tempted to say it's superconscious, in a way that makes our own consciousness appear artificial.

As a fun exercise, I encourage you to examine your interactions with other people and ask: Does what I'm saying or doing have a possible subtext that I didn't intend on? Given the person I'm interacting with, is it plausible something else intended for that subtext to exist?

Im trying to be mindful about this. I never would have guessed it that "life" on the other side operates in an even more superficial way than here; I thought they were actually the ones that would keep track of that which lies beneath the surface considering how they talk and promote themselves. So the irony is not lost on me in, both ways.

I think they are overall neutral.
They can lead to insight, or your downfall.
If you want to follow them, better be pure,

Sometimes they're messages. Watching videos from 20+ years ago, and a line of dialogue is mysteriously apropos...Then it keeps happening. If it's the first magic you've seen it would make you insane.

Since I know as much as I know anything that gods are real, as I know one, I could theorize that things were arranged to make the dialogue fit.

I had a big magic happening and then about a year later the BAD synchronicities started. It did give me psychosis I think. Now I have mainly good synchronicities thankfully.

The only thing I'm sure of is that a synchronicity is evidence that my reality is being tampered with. Who, what, why, and how? I have no idea. Seems like though, that the mechanics around it are, that it operates through random chance, and it knows me personally.
The Christian answer would be God
The Simulation Theory answer would be the Programmers
The Jungian Psychology answer would be your consciousness
The sort of extra terrestrial theory seems to be that there are aliens that can influence our reality to some degree, maybe with technology
In any theology, I think the answer would be God. In simulation theory, well, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck. So for all intents and purposes, I think we could consider the Programmers to be indistinguishable from God
So that leaves the extra terrestrial theory and the Jungian Psychology theory, which might be viable but I just don't know. I don't want my consciousness to be God, I think it's more comfortable if God is God and I'm me.
i think the Jungian Psychology theory is the scariest because it opens up a whole can of worms that I don't know how to deal with, at all.

I have schizophrenia and I hear voices. I was speaking to my voices and I saw a lizard outside while I was smoking and they asked me what it was and they said it's a "tiny little dinosaur". When I finished smoking I went back inside to watch Severance with my mother and when Dylan's innie was proposing to his outie's wife my mom saw the ring or eraser or whatever it was and she said "Is that a tiny little dinosaur?".

I asked her later if that's what she said and she confirmed that she said something about a dinosaur. When I told her what happened she said coincidences happen. It's obviously more than a coincidence.

When I began to develop schizophrenia things like this happened all the time. I couldn't exactly process reality in any way that made sense at the time and I don't remember any of them. They kept telling me I was God and I told them it wasn't that. That it was a feedback loop. I still think it might be a feedback loop. I think reality might be event based as is described in process philosophy which says that

"Process philosophy posits that the basic units of reality are events, which can be understood as particulars that occur at a specific time and place. "

Beyond that I don't understand anything. It did happen. Science will never explain it. Spirituality does not explain it. It's probably not a feedback loop, but that's the best I can come up with.

For a while I thought it might mean that an afterlife might exist because it means that I have a mind and the mind is truly separate from the body, but I still can't accept it. Even though I deal with entities that don't have a body and their existence makes no sense.

I'm afraid this is very close to what is actually happening. I've been playing around with self hypnosis and due to circumstances listened to my records on runs and 'I started' spawning synchronicities with the text I was listening to at a crazy rates - one time even in real time.

Based on my experiences from the last few weeks I am highly inclined to believe synchronicities are some form of manifestation caused by people in hypnagogic-like states.
Also I am somewhat sad to report the words 'ass titty money' won't put in a trance - no matter how hard you try or how often you repeat them.

My first instances of synchronicity astounded me and threw me into a psychotic episode. Now, it happens several times a week, I'm used to it. I think they are warning signs to stay spiritually alert, like alarm bells meant to wake you up. A lot of times, I've noticed they happen before some significant moment where you will have to take action.

Also I love to find errors and deceptions. Especially in society and history, and what should be the right way.
I enjoy building things, focused on finding new problems, and solving/fixing them.

Just pay attention to the things you enjoy doing in the next month or so, or you do without even noticing.
It will be revealed to you.

The main thought is this:

You have received the tools for it already.

Likley Reality: symptom of highly evolved pattern recognition "software" that feeds you subconscious "insight" and this is how it presents consciously.

My take: whenever I get one it usually gives me the vibe that im "on the right path" like bread crumbs left to guide the way.
