The easiest and most obvious way to tell which conspiracies are actually true is when they are actively suppressed and even mere mention of them is censored.

This is actually super easy to do. Go into Youtube, and type a conspiracy into the search bar. If the little Wikipedia blurb pops up telling you what the mandatory narrative for that event pops up, you know it's a true conspiracy. You can do this on a bunch of sites like tiktok too. Pizzagate is one of the ones that falls into this category.
