i'm glad you can enjoy it that much. i got to episode 185 of naruto before i stopped watching, not being able to endure the torture anymore. i think naruto peaked in the first 45-70 episodes and was a steady decline after that. never got to shippuden.

it was in 2018. i like naruto but naruto to me is 12yo genin naruto & pals with their whacky adventures in the ninja world. kakashi is cool, the akatsuki is a mysterious looming threat on the horizon, tsunade is the sexiest woman ever. and naruto is gonna be hokage.

after a while the show gets derailed the power imbalances i.e you can't do shit or be shit in the naruto universe without a mangakyou sharingan or god powers. it's clear also that what a mangekyou sharingan even is was changed from it's initial appearance with itachi vs kakashi. the show spirals into picrel.
