2. Blue dotted black segment means hold up from the ground up. Down to up.

3. Focus on both of these to initiate a hold.

4. There are many possible sigils like this for different holds. Experiment with them until you're processing with mind.

How long to hold? What should I feel if I am doing it correctly? I focus on both points, trying to feel the blue lift from the ground, and the red segment lift it up further. Idk what "it" is, I guess my attention or focus

You hold for however long you want, but you'll need a different sigil to actually process. Imagine a different sigil that uses down to up.
