Echidna, Tiamat, the Lady of the Lake, among other names… what’s her deal? Is she the same as the Ishtar/Inanna/Asherah “Queen of Heaven” figure?

It is a mermaid. Echidna is similar but with snake lower instead of fish tail. Tiamat is the female sea monster. Lady of the Lake is a mermaid. According to Nathan Reynolds they’re all the same goddess being. He talked about them on a podcast I listened to but I’m curious if that’s the same being as the “Queen of Heaven” that most of the desert religions worshipped up through Roman Catholicism today

“Queen of Heaven” isn't a biblical phrase, I don't believe - so could all these names just be satan trying to confuse and lead people astray? The different names would just be different attempts by satan to throw people off following Jesus Christ, who is Lord.

It was a title used for the central goddess figure worshipped across the near East under various names. In Canaan she was called Asherah. Her worship is mentioned briefly by Jeremiah as one of the abominations that Israel committed against the Lord.

How is that if she descended and was to remain in the underworld and then threw a hissy fit because she saw her husband enjoying his time with other ladies

Ishtar and Tiamat are not even close to the same
Tiamat was killed as part of the creation of the world and Ishtar is/was considered to still be present
They were not ever conflated/syncretized by ancients

Just to add a parallel, you have Diti and Aditi in the Puranas as the sister mothers of the Daityas/demons and Adityas/devas.
