Chocking kind. I've eaten bacon for years 30+ and maybe in the last few weeks I can barely keep it down almost instantlly after taking a bite. It wasnt until today that I connected it with bacon. The sensation is similar to drinking or eating too much too fast and I always chugged water in the morning when I would eat a piece or two of bacon. But today I got the same thing after taking a bite of a BLT I felt like I was going to die saliva just kept pouring out of my mouth. like somthing in my throat that I couldnt swallow just stuck there. Maybe we should stop eating meat. Bacon isnt the only weird thing. Beef (ground beef) has had hard pieces in it like oscar meyer sandwhich meat except it almost breaks your teeth because a burger made from fresh ground beef shouldnt have rat fingernails

I've done extensive self experimenting with elimination dieting. I basically eat very large amounts of a single type of food everyday for a week or two.

When I did this with pork (bacon, fresh chops, ham) it made me get headaches and feel like crap. No other meat has done this too me.

Here's a list of the foods that gave me bad reactions when consumed in very large amounts...

Pork
eggs
dairy
wheat
corn

Best protein sources for me seem to be fish, turkey and beans/peas

>Quinoa, pronounced ‘keen-wa’, is a gluten-free alternative to starchy grains. Although it often occupies a similar role to grains in dishes, quinoa is actually a seed from the same family as beets, chard and spinach. It is high in protein and an important plant source of all nine essential amino acids. Grown in South America (Peru, Chile and Bolivia) for thousands of years, quinoa formed the staple diet of the Incas and their descendants. In recent years, foodies have heralded it as a superior alternative to bulgur wheat, couscous and rice.

>Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) was known as the "golden grain" by the native Andean people in South America, and has been a source of valuable food over thousands of years. It can produce a variety of secondary metabolites with broad spectra of bioactivities. At least 193 secondary metabolites from quinoa have been identified in the past 40 years. They mainly include phenolic acids, flavonoids, terpenoids, steroids, and nitrogen-containing compounds. These metabolites exhibit many physiological functions, such as insecticidal, molluscicidal and antimicrobial activities, as well as various kinds of biological activities such as antioxidant, cytotoxic, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory properties.

>Ecdysone is a steroid hormone that is derived from cholesterol and plays a crucial role in mediating developmental transitions.

Quinoa is great. You basically cook it in a pan or pot with a broth or water and serve it in dishes you would normally use rice, grains or potatoes in
I’ve made quinoa and Alfredo
Quinoa ground beef, onions, garlic a can of enchilada sauce with cheese on top
It works well with shepherds pie instead of potatoes but i cooked them separately I’ve even made a curry recipe i stole from my Asian ex and put it on quinoa instead of rice
Carrots onions, potatoes, peas coconut milk and the Japanese curry bricks. sometimes i use beef broth instead of coconut milk for a more traditional Japanese version

Dont eat pig meat:
-pig meat has more parasites than other meats
-pigs might be part human
-pig meat has a chemical infused into it that makes it smell like poop and pee

Better off avoiding it.

yes, I was eating keto diet with lots of bacon until earlier this month. I loved eating it and had no feeling of getting sick of it or feeling ill or anything. Then I randomly threw it up in my throat with a horrible burn of stomach acid and bacon grease that choked me pretty bad, and now even just the smell of it disgusts me. I also kept getting weird intrusive thoughts of worms and parasites while eating it. Bacon was one of my favorite foods so this was weird for me. In general I don't think I've eaten much meat of any kind since desu.

eww for real never distrust that government tendril. Eating raw meat was almost 100% the only way but it was also in the ice age where parasites had virtually no way of spreading so far north. Hair dissappeared because we had to make our own.Thousands of years of this with our brains make it possible same as with what happened to peoples who stayed within tropical regions.

I got pretty sick from bacon yesterday. I ate a bit more than half a pound with some publix white bread that I dipped in the grease. It put me down for the count, I walked my dog, and took some trash to the near by dump but other than that all I wanted to do was sleep, shit liquid and I did a finger down the throat a couple times to try to puke it out to limited effect.

I've had bad, gory dreams after eating Tuna. Being a very strong fish with dense, muscular flesh I guess they are difficult to kill quickly and are killed in a very brutal way.
