So hermetic qabbalah is garbage. If you want to get OP wizard magic not just some career occult author that sells books about magic but become an actual wizard like Zosimos, Agrippa, Hermes Trismegistus you need to be fucking around with abjads. All magic is tied to time and timing unless you're using language magically. Greek isn't gonna cut it greeks sucked at magic, practicing hellenic recon is just a larp religion its not wizard shit.
The holy Trifecta of gamebreaking magic is learning Hebrew, Arabic, and Ugaritic. If you can utilize those abjads gematrically and mathematically you can crack the background code and start breaking the game.
The trick is utilizing the abjads as symbols of vertices on a spacetime matrix. The Semitic alphabets have everything you need in them to do this. Ugaritic is utilized in tandem because its an abjad for mesopotamian and thats the progenitor of all this.
Now the jews come in because they have to most developed tradition and literature on how to do this. Everything from magic to prophecy to ascending to the throne room of God. If you can learn from the jews and their kabbalah, how they understand their alphabet mystically it translates to the Arabic script and the Ugaritic and you can utilize them the same way. They should all be used in conjunction with each other.
Bonus points if you use the mandean alphabet with them. OP. Im telling you. Learn gematria, learn the abjads. It takes you from mere occultist to actual wizard. And dont get hung up on the tree or the Jewish cosmology. That wont get you anywhere. Focus on the letters. Sepher Yetzirah and Abulafia are where you need to start.
