Consider the following:

They also will repeat lines from films or TV shows you have watched recently or talk about actors from those films or TV shows. Even phrases from video games or lyrics from songs.

Often takes the form of a couple who position themselves near you and then have a conversation using many of your conditioned words or pertaining to your particular situation and sensitivities.

>7.The use of directional speakers which have the ability to direct sound to a single individual in a crowded room. This particular item is ultimately the most used and is often referred to as V2K or Voice to Skull and is used extensively in the psychological breakdown of the victim. The use initially is to cause the victim to doubt their sanity and drive them into the mental health system, and later to just torment and never give the victim a moment of privacy or peace. If they do enter the mental health system, then harassment escalates dramatically as the victim has now been "discredited" and can be labeled as someone with a mental problem if they do speak out about the harassment.

>8.The use of electronics to effect your eyesight and balance which was originally developed for the military and police crowd control called "dazzling" and even the ability to make you vomit.

>9. Sound campaigns which is a community harassment technique where abnormal levels of sound are directed at the victim and their home. This includes cars deliberately breaking or accelerating when they pass, people talking excessively loudly at all hours of the night, amplification of sound using directional speakers so that external sounds that previously couldnt be heard now can, garbage trucks and other heavy vehicles, and countless other deliberate tactics

>10. Sleep deprivation - this is perhaps one of the most insidious tactics used where victims are woken multiple times a night and can be kept awake for days at a time. The effects are dramatic and completely debilitating effecting concentration, mood, irritability, appearance, and significantly impacts all areas of their life - job performance, relationships, and significantly aids in discrediting the victim as they appear unorganised, disheveled, and sleeping patterns alter so they may sleep during the day (where noise campaigns are more effective) and be awake at night (where they can be painted as the one making noise and being a disruptive member of the community).

Baiting or entrapment where victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a crime such as assault, break and enter or vandalism, as they try and locate the source of the harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke verbal and physical confrontations especially after a period of sleep deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity which can then be used as leverage such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal activity.

>12. Gaslighting which is a form of psychological abuse where someone will actively try undermine victims and to make them doubt themselves so that they lose all self confidence and self esteem and are therefor easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health pathway. It can be as simlpe as being told something which they then deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it, and turn the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be incredibly effective coming from a trusted person and before the victim understands what is happening to them.

>13.Blackbag jobs is a term when a harasser breaks into a victims property and places something or deliberately moves something. The purpose is to cause self doubt, and fear that their property is being accessed which harassers try to then sell as paranoia.

>14. Propaganda and disinformation is also the other key element to suppress knowledge of this practice as its effectiveness initially requires the victim to be unaware of the existence of gangstalking, gaslighting, or the electronic technologies such as directional speakers so huge amounts of time are devoted online to creating disinformation sites which attempt to discredit victims by pushing the mental health agenda. They achieve this by posing as victims and actively trying to sound crazy so that all victims are are treated as such. Also by creating websites claiming to help victims and being a resource for victims to come together and then harassing them to the extent that they lose hope and no longer reach out for help causing further isolation.

>15. Further to the above, gangstalkers rely on disbelief and discrediting and as such much of the harassment is designed (at least initially) to mimic mental health issues. They also rely on their abuse being so extreme, so pervasive, so fundamentally immoral, as to be disbelieved and victims subsequently resort to photographing, videotaping, and sound recording their everyday encounters to disprove the countless unfounded claims made against them - especially in relation to gaslighting, which gangstalkers try to turn around and paint the victims as paranoid or irrational. Victims are made to feel helpless as every attempt to defend themselves is used against them and when they seek help they are met with disbelief or open hostility.

How to Stop the Targeting:

I was targeted but I got out of it a few months ago. I used body detox, mind detox and spiritual detox.

Step 1: Detox from the 'nanobots' and the other antennas they use to target you:

1. Heavy metal detox: zeolite, bentonite, spirulina, chlorella, atlantic dulse algae, charcoal.

2. Anti-parasite cleansing: any herbal anti-parasite pills or tinctures, wormwood, cloves, black walnut hull, pumpkin seeds, diam. earth, CDL/CDS chlor dioxid solution, spirulina, chlorella.

3. Chitin detox (they spray this in the c. trails, it is used as a secred food additive, bioweapons = dust mite like microscopic insects that leave behind chitin and people breath it in): Bromelain or Serrapetase or Nattokinase enzymes. Activated charcoal, aspirin treatment (1 aspirin per day), spirulina, high doses of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

It will take weeks or months to remove these from your body.

Feel free to add other supplements that have helped you.

Step 2: Mental detox

1. Say out loud or in your mind with intent: "I do not consent to being a targeted individual".

2. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts/images/memories about your past, present and future aggressively with intent.

3. State a number of times per day: "I have 100% control of my mind".

4. When you have a negative thought, suggestion, say aggressively: " That's a lie" it snaps you out of that state.

5. Use meditation, relaxation tapes. Read up on the Silva Mind Control Method (how to control your own mind), Autogenic Training, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), buy and listen to tapes by Anthony Robbins and other self-help, motivational coaches. This can be used to reprogramme your mind.

Step 3: Spiritual Detox

Targeting is mainly occult spiritual attacks, they send demons to attack you. It is not 5G or waves or frequencies as they tell you in the alternative media.

In spiritual warfare, you always have to call on a more powerful force/entity than the attackers. Why not ask the top two?

1. Ask Jesus to remove any vexes, hexes, spells, curses and similar things off of you. Ask him to keep these away from you forever.

2. Ask Jesus to invalidate any deal you have made with the devil knowingly or unknowingly and ask him to invalidate any deal that was made against you in the spirit realm.
(Sometimes you click on something and it is a deal with dark forces.)

3. Pray twice a day using the "Our Father..." prayer. The dark forces and entities are repelled by this prayer, they hate it, they run away scared when you do it. It works for non-Christians too.

I wish I could say that other religions work against them, but they don't.

Here are a few methods used in targeting:

I. Covert Hypnosis Abuse:

This one is huge.
So we have the mass version of it, with layered sound signals, subliminals, trance frequencies and altering brain activity of masses to keep them dumb and obedient.

But we have also targeted version. Passing ambulance/police car with layered hostile hypnotic effect via silent sound/microwave hearing to trigger negative occult effects like holes in the aura, energy leak, or plugging of enemies in who happen to be in that vehicle or elsewhere.

Triggering preprogrammed effect to put you into deeptrance instantly and do something like further programming, amnesia, disorientation, fear, interruption. (if u have amnesia by suggestion u know 100% ur in deep trance by the way). II. Sneaky Spell-planting

Things like hexed objects, being asked some scripted question to trigger an effect thats has been prepared earlier.
Occult trained services op delivering your pizza to your door.

Cashier in the shop touching and packing your stuff. Another shopper touching your cart. Eye contact.

A loud sound use to carry energy and intent of spell. Stomping the floor in apt above to send astral/etheric tendrils into ur apt and create a nest.

Hypnotic trigger of preprogrammed effect.
Touch attacks - handshakes, pats, "rouge hugs"

MULES- people who deliver a spell prepared by another magician so the magician stays hidden.

It can be done by touch - conversation, sometimes by looks alone'.
Some can be occult trained other can be regular civilians.

Reiki, massage, physiotherapy, doctors, anything involving touch - with enemy ops performing it and layering into it trojan hostile effects.

Trance dreams, hypnotic manipulation of permission granting in altered states of consciousness.

Astral body attacks where attacker gets to you and touches you or does something and in a while u feel effects.
Confusion by bunch of cars with headlight pointed at your eyes while someone plugs into ur energy bodies walking sneakily behind you.

Agents posed as maintenance crew trying to get into your house to mount spy devices and plant spells from inside.
Other targeted people with compromised system around you who are not participating knowingly.

Regular civilians who had spells planted on them covertly directed at you when they are set off.

Passing car outside ur apt with a pshycic ramming their energy body into yours and using the momentum to rip out part of energies and drain you as they are moving away. Sometimes coupled with shot energy beam from a dew and a sound like airhorn, engine revving or exhaust fart, triggering some other effect.

IV: Tech + Occult Synergy

So we have secret services, cointel programmes, infragard. Corrupted pds and military, docs, hospital staff, lawyers, courts, psychiatrists and freemasonry members planted in all those insitutions.
Their job is to facilitate this and cover it up in whatever way they can.
Then there is the tech layers of big data, ai, ability to monitor any device from cctv camera from smartphone to smart tv, and some other new house appliances, nanotech and telekom networks, energy and psychotronics weapons, RNM, AI systems, v2k chatbots, countless drones, DEWs hidden in city infrastructure, devices to force trance by altering brain function, silentsound and microwave hearing etc.

Then there is the whole tactics and operational know-how of the secret services of how to weaponize all the the above.
Then there is the whole abuse of hypnotic effects using the above as components, carries, vessels etc.

And then there is actual occult, black magic, alien, alien tech, thoughtforms, spells etc layer.

The thing to keep in mind is that it is an organic, coherent system where the layers and modules are integrated via constant communications, decades of research planning, development and illegal experiments worlwide from the nazis, throughout the cia and fbi, mossad and other agencies developing monarch and mk ultra and and testing it in latin america and usa extensively, drawing on occult traditions worldwide and incorporating their abilitites and users one way or another into their hivemind system.

The elements of the system are dynamic, some more than others and where more mundane means may lack they quickly move in occult and alien compontents if it is important to them. It takes usually few seconds for issues they are actively monitoring with high priority.

Method III: Occult Trickery, Fake Synchro, Service-ish Cunning

And then there is the way of application of the entire system where its extremely similar to the way secret services operate in conventional areas. Reading your mind and devices they think how to best play into all your fears, weaknesses, plans, goals desires etc.

Old tricks like trying to send ops who pretend to be seekers and in similiar situations, aligning fake synchronicities. New friends highly interested in what you are doing occult-wise, a reiki master coming to town few days after you typed friend saying you would like to learn. A toxic relationships ending specialist when you are fed up with your spouse who also happens to perform hands-on tantric practise. A lodge member going into the event your attending and then with your little group of newly met people for integration posing as atheist scientist curious about occult trying to know what you know and if you are involved in any organizations etc.

They always try to make it just sneaky enough by figuring how to alter the patterns a bit away from what you know/expect while trying to bait your desires.

Targeting Method number 6

VI. Method: Etheric Jerking

Ether can be molded by mind but more importantly it grips physical matter in its tension lines, those psychic enough who can see those tension lines use them in telekinesis.

It takes a very strong energy body to do and some practice. However - more effects aside from telekinesis are related to it, some psychics and trained occultists I noticed they create a jerking effect on your aura when looking at you. It's combined with energy draining, the higher amount of energy you have the more violent the shakes. It's enough to, for example, push down your glasses from your forehead onto your eyes sometimes, pull back hood from your head or make you lose balance/fall over when in some imbalanced position.
In my case it tends usually to be from the back/left body side. When you are standing still, you will notice that your body moves gently on it's own and it's not caused by inside energy movements. But your own energy also produces movements like whipping of the lower spine or belly movements.

It's possible to detect hostile entities/mages looking at you by this effect when you are outside - whether through cameras, drones or directly, if you interrupt their focus - it stops instantly.
