The brain is passive, transmitting to each of the senses(including temporal nervous arteries, temple, hair, etc) and all of the body parts, feeding them with your personal life-force; which in return gives their abilities to the spirit through the brain’s neuro-reception. You do not use the brain to think, you use the voice box and head space. The mind, which is the total of received abilities from the senses and body parts, is what the brain surmounts to(through life-force transmission and reception). It's possible to create a mind shell, which is a pseudo-sense, by reading a certain symbol correctly.

The brain metaphorically trails the spirit but catches up with jolts, and some of these ‘jolts’ are happening as fast and as regular as a heartbeat, putting your body in stasis.

Look at the presented image; the black segment around the red dot is implying you hold-read up and counter-away; the black segment around the blue dot is implying you hold-read up and counter-down. This is a round-about association with the black symbol(beware; word language is fraught with erroneous understanding and explanation, it's better to use undefined drawings). If you comprehend the black symbol, then mental activity and reading around it will install a mind shell in your mind-space, enabling you to interact with the environment and build in mind-space.

The ‘art’ is in reading advanced symbols, and there are billions of advanced symbols. The original image may not be the correct symbol to accomplish anything other than create a pseudo-sense and mind shell, so imagine other symbols and read them, practicing this art. Finally, just activate naturally without a symbol, activating what parts of the psyche you want, certain activations will produce a forward process.

How do I counter away/down?

I am metacognitively working on the development of 'ontological machines': psychological interfaces with prolonged autonomous capacity based on congenital-volitional 'oscillations' [brain hemispheres && space/logic – time/sensation], something akin to cellular automata but of the mind and with a synesthetic nature.

These 'processes', upon reaching high levels of complexity, could hypothetically influence the real world. At the moment, I feel somewhat paralyzed because I believe that the development of hyperphantasia is fundamental, something I currently lack.
