I have never had a single wise elder to guide me or show me the way to anything of value. I only know vague things like to work hard or to practice good habits, but no specific spiritual guidance for any of life's troubles. Is there anything I can do about this? I don't want to accept the hand that I was dealt and live and die as the best slave that I can while trusting the psychosoience and health soicence at every step of the way.

The most I can ask for is some good holistic or astrological or any other kind of relevant readings to help me put myself on the right path. I just want to be able to attract and keep a mate and I feel like this is where it all comes back to. Even if I get the job and the paycheck and the arms it won't change the fact that I am not spiritually powerful at all, and hardly mentally or intellectually powerful. I want to have the gift of being smart and humorous

You need to change your perspective firstly.

Your ancestors survived and thrived under the yoke of slavery so that you exist now. So, if I were you, I would look to my ancestors to help me achieve all that I want.

You have wise elders in your line. You have to be willing to talk to them and ask them for help, and ideally, learn how to listen to them (via magical or psychic means).

A simple thing you can do is set an altar to your ancestors, provide daily or weekly offerings of things like cigarettes, liquor, and food and directly asking your ancestors to help you with particular and specific problems in your life. Specificity is key though. Asking for help with your feelings or vapid intuitions will not get you results.
