As someone into astronomy and astrophysics, that also understands EMF to a high degree, I can explain this, and it's the same as the other thing too.

Listen up, most of you understand gravity, right?

See how the surface of the sun seems indented there?
We aren't looking at a gravitational force. It's too strong.
The sun should bulge out, if that is a massive object, and the forces involved are gravity.

This is a magnetic force load on the sun.
(A ferrous metal asteroid or comet is being pulled towards the sun.)

As this happens, the atoms align, and it creates a magnetic dipole.
A small comet or asteroid (we're still talking miles wide generally) can exert an absolutely massive magnetic field under these circumstances. (The field will be the size of a planet.)

That magnetic dipole event is what this is.
Minor gravitational force, massive electromagnetic force.

The first one, the pole inverted, and shot it back out into space.
This one, not sure since OP didn't put a video in the OP post.

Either way, I can guarantee you that's what is going on here, just based off the surface indentation.

Big big magnetic field, from small magnetizable rock.
Heating up, and aligning from the force of the sun.
Dipole made, the force evens out, once a polar flip happens, it either shoots into the sun or away from it.
Happens semi-frequently, we just don't usually capture it.
(There is a non-zero chance that the sun will eventually shoot a hyper magnetized piece of shit at us, via this mechanism, however we are a very tiny target, for a very large radial shooting gallery. Could be trillions of years for that shot to happen, we only have millions.)
