If I were God, here's what I would do:

I would increase the IQ of the world's population by at least 50 points, maybe even 100. I would equalize all races in terms of intelligence and beauty. Everyone would achieve at least an 8 out of 10 in beauty. Kindness would dominate human relationships. Certain evil deeds would no longer even be committed; they wouldn't even occur to people.
