I think the earth has some kind of matrix/quarantine that keeps everything reincarnating in here, including their pharaohs and other anukaki babyslop idiots. I think when the quarantine is lifted, something will happen to these evil spirits that have kept making earth a shithole, while rest of normal/good spirits reincarnate into some good ayy race/planets ran by good ayys, place not interfered by orion or galactic federation. Some of the law of one (ra) material interpretations on youtube point to this, that humanity is indeed under some kind of soul matrix grid, and some evil group (orion cabal) residing in inner earth or beyond ice wall is exploiting the reincarnation loop in here, and harvesting the loosh of humans.
