Id assume yes, with some combination of low doses, low concentrations, controlled environment and tolerance.

For example, when this happened I watched the older dudes do it first and they talked to us during, trying to describe the experience, until they couldn't. All they did was mention light trails, uncontrollably laugh, lose the ability to control the volume and range of their voice (couldn't produce sound higher than baritone, like reverse helium), and talk about invisible walls. That was all in a few minutes, around the first half of their total trip. The second half, another few minutes, we could no longer understand them if they tried conveying at all, and it was over shortly after. At which point they looked a bit confused and giddy, nothing new to report than other than repeating the things from the first half. When my other friends did it next they were being careful, and they all seemed to share a general sentiment of
>woah that was fuckin weird!
Hence why I thought i was tough shit and hand delivered gravity a tko on my skull and my soul to the lower planes.
Everyone else I've done it with were all newbies. So I got to see the looks on their faces when the disconnect kicks in. There's always panic in the eyes, because it's so different from weed, and doesn't gradually dripfeed you into it over hours like acid or shrooms. Every one else I did it with shared in that they WENT somewhere and WERE something /else/ and time was FUCKED, often repeating forever. The time I went to hell I was dropped back in my chair with no warning. All the other times I did it, it was the more common experience of the trip winds up to a zenith of insanity, you stay there for what feels like eternity, then it winds back to its origin point, which is very hard to recognize as a 'comedown' when perception of time is that distorted, all condensed into 5-10 irl minutes
