Whatever number you take and multiply it with 3, 6 or 9 ends back on one of those numbers when you take the summary number and distill it back to a single digit.
For example
75486349563249873465 times 9
is
679377146069248861185
now you plus all that together
6+7+9+3+7+7+1+4+6+0+6+9+2+4+8+8+6+1+1+8+5 which is 108
then you take 1+0+8
and you're back on 9.

All other numbers go all over the place but whatever number times 3 or 6 will always end up on either of those numbers (they move around a little) but 9 moves in a circle on itself, it always.. ALWAYS ends up on 9 when you plus the numbers together down to a single digit again, it will always be 9 again..

What this means I don't know but it's fascinating.

It can vary a little on 3 and 6 though but they never go outside of 3,6 or 9.
Easy examples would be 8 times 3. 24 and 2+4 is 6
or
8 times 6 which is 48. 4+8. 12 and 1+2 is 3
So they vary just slightly but never outside of 3,6 or 9 where as 9 is the definitive of 9 no matter how many times you try with 9 it will end up on 9 when back to a single digit. Now that's primal if I ever saw one.

Also different but also food for thought is that when all numbers are in a circle (imagine an analog clock) which would have 3,6 and 9 in a triangle with these numbers going in circles around themselves.. One begins to question the varying civilizations across the globe that didn't have any contact with each other that we know but all decided that a pyramid (triangle) is something they wanted to build which would correlate to 3,6 and 9 just by our definition "upside down" but are they though?

Who honestly knows what 9 defines but it seems to be the most stable of them (3,6,9).
All other numbers goes haywire in comparison. 3 and 6 tries to be within the definition of primal numbers but 9 is just rock solid on 9.
I wish Tesla would've left more clues as it's interesting but without a point to start guessing, you're just flaying wild in the dark with no idea if it's correct or not.
