It might just be a fancy mood ring. The curve does not really tell us much. Random data would look the same as intentional one. Random data or neural network. Hard to tell. ;)

For all essential purposes it is impossible. It is not about dice rolls, it is about pattern. Even quantum fluctuations certainly obey one. Just might be layered deeply enough (an universal checksum so to speak) that fine prediction becomes unfeasible. For all practical purposes you take some observation within local limited range that excludes certain datasets not within range. Cryptography could never break that, simply insufficient data. Average it perhaps but never predict. "Random" is simply eyeballing it. Flip a coin with a blindfold on. Run a blackbox. No, scrap that, run several ... do not average out the result, let them readout a full chaos theory self reinforcing fuckheap of cogitation ... :D
