There is no marked innate spiritual difference between races, what differs are material circumstances and psyops that condition certain groups into something less than human (or conversely, into believing they are something more, see Jews). This certainly applies to most blacks (whether it be in most African countries or in the US or UK), where for various reasons and through various mechanisms they are essentially made to be golems or living bioweapons by the powers that be. Under such circumstances it would unfortunately be very difficult (but not impossible) for the average black person to come into any spiritual truth.
Skin tone or appearance itself has nothing to do with your spiritual power level though, if you genuinely think so you should go back to playing culture war on /pol/.
