i think it's possible for us to find ways to heal ourselves by engaging in the things that we are connected to by our memories. doing things that remind us of pleasant times and feelings in our lives helps. it's different for everyone because everyone likes and has had different experiences with different things. i also think it mostly has to do with your youth. focus on what kind of things made you happy in your youth like certain music and activities and whatever other things actually evoke pleasant and comfortable feelings in you and do those things. i think something that helps to cope with this world is learning to heal yourself by creating ways of doing things that make you happy. i think that it's good to try to heal yourself from the inside.

i also think that one spiritual belief that is true is that other beings can't really "interfere" with us and change our reality for us. it seems that we are the only ones really "allowed" to change our state of being. but i don't think it's as hopeless as people in the thread make it out to be. life is just really complex and this world is particularly difficult. but i think there really is hope. there are a lot of possibilities in the spiritual realm, which we interact with in our dreams. find a way to do things that works the best for you.
