i saw a followup. it's a dude in a costume he built. the Miami shooting incident or a mob incident happened at the mall around the time this guy was showing off his costume.
It's really believable. He uses puppet like strings and sticks (like a Marionette) to walk around in. kind of a exoskeletal device.

I think he made it to try and sell to a movie studio or possibly mass produce for halloween costumes (Id' do the latter to preserve copyright on the imagery)

I was there with my sister and her friends. It wasn't a riot or a shooting. All four of us seen these unhuman creatures appearing and disappearing randomly. They were huge and contorted, like they were made of colorless jello with limbs. It was completely unreal, along with everyone screaming, piling up at the exits, and I don't remember most of it. I had tunnel vision and seen red along with long periods of memory loss. My sister and her group said it was a gas leak or accidental poisoning, like we all hallucinated it.

one of my sisters friends were questioned by "the government", FBI, CIA, I don't know, but she basically just said she was hallucinating things and panicking. I can't sleep or relax at all anymore, so I don't know if I was actually poisoned with something.
