Probably go into the city and cure a few hobos of their schizophrenia, wave a hand and heal everyone in the local hospital and then project a massive orb of light in the sky in the shape of giant crab with its claws raised high before leaving.

In all seriousness though I don't think anyone knows what they would do until they have that kind of power. Personally I would see it as a flat out confirmation of a divine higher power and it would only cement total devotion. One thing is knowing the power of creation but to wield it? That is as close to a relationship towards a higher power as you can get. Honestly I think I would immediately start constructing other planes, structures or realms I have long dreamed or imagined and cement them into reality as my own domain. From there I guess it's down to what my true character, but I think it would be inevitable that people with that power would go from changing the world around them to changing their very essence. Go from a mortal with power to an entity beyond substance. Maybe become a force to imbue spiritualism and devotion to the creator among the populace and form a temple realm in total dedication. But then again how long would it take for an attitude like that to go from devotion to a higher power to worship of yourself?

Unfortunatly forcing people to chill with you under some sorry of exertion of will would seem to negate the free will of others.
i would want to hang out with people and make friends and make love freely with other people.
forcing them under ssome conscription or press gang would seem to cheapen the experience

The first thing would be going back to when I was a kid and do the things I always wanted to do back when I would feel so much fun doing them.
Like, back then I was very limited in the Snes games I could play, so I was having fun with The Marvin Missions of all games. When ROMs existed and I could play any game I wanted, it was too late and I didn't have fun with them anymore.
So becoming again the kid that was able to have fun with the little things would be the first thing, I guess I'd let my kid self decide the next step, my current self may not care much (like, my kid self would have a blast watching saturday morning cartoons, commercials and all, I need to be that again before deciding what to do).

I would probably do that and create the perfect world, but then get bored of it and desire some sort of challenge. But I could already do everything there is to do so instead I’d ponder the ancient mysteries of the universe until I knew everything there was to know. Then I’d be bored again so I’d just make a bunch of little dudes, give them free will, and see what they do with it.

If you haven't the remembrance/experience of the other, non-physical realms, then, all you can think up for a good time, is animal rewards system related sensual datastream/mind interface qualia experiences. Stimulus are weighted with "oleasure" or pain. Orgasm is weighted heavily, to promote the passing on of genetic info. That's the only reason it feels good. And to bond, to keep the male around the nest, long enough to protect the progeny. There's no need for this type of feeling in the reality, otherwise. The sexual pleasure will be removed from all realities, if desire and suffering are to be alleviated. And the physical "pain" tourture stimulus, will be banned in terms of hooking consciousnesses up to realities where physical/emotional pain must be endured. So NO, a "heaven" would be nothing like this reality. No "weighting" of stimulus, to get the players in the reality to do "this or that". But words can't describe it, they say. And these are God decisions. I personally don't want to design the after life. I would only think of other creaturely scenarios, of reward system pleasure or pain, like this one. There's something BETTER than even the BEST experience in a material realm.

If I was God I would put this world to right. No one would suffer. Those that are evil will have a pocket dimension where they are surrounded by non sentient, unaware but convincing npcs to run rampant on. Others will live in bliss where challenge comes from learning but suffering goes so far as a say a student unable to grasp a complex concept. The needless suffering like natural suffering, starvation, war etc would be eradicated. I would be the God the Christians think they have, minus the eternal torment and hiddeness and not the one they actually have.

By suffering I mean physical and long lasting mental pain from which there is no possible recovery (disabilities, physical injury, mental health etc) and not the suffering in which something is hard to achieve and takes many attempts to get as the 2nd kind of suffering is by consent and it can be withdrew at any time and with no consequences for that withdrawal.
