Whether or not reality is real it does not change your life. Your life will still remain the same even if this is all an illusion, unless you are interested in finding some kind of universal law that gives you power. If you cease to exist when you die then it does not matter. If you are an immortal soul then you have either just been created or you have existed for a long time. If the universe has a beginning then there you only have limited knowledge and so does everyone else except for God. If the universe has no beginning then you certainly know everything that you need to know and there is nothing to worry about. In short, stop worrying man.
