I implore you to change your view and rise up from defeatism. All defeat is purely psychological until death. It isn't forcing you to stay, it wants to feed upon you yes because emotional frequency is nourishing. Sorrow, rage and lust are easy to elicit in humankind, and when there are so many on a plane it is the most readily available nourishment.
