You need to understand a few things about MK Ultra, and inspect glowies to get VERY upset in this thread.
MK Ultra is dead. Gone. Outmoded. The people who founded it are dead. It was already the exploration of Project MONARCH and to see if there was anything remotely useful to salvage from that insane failure, etc. Blah blah blah, First Earth Initiative, blah blah blah, STAR GATE, GATE program (not subtle), fast forward to today’s memetic ops and morass of contractors.
For the contractors to exist, private consultant firms and such exist. It is these firms which sells and trains others and is a - and I cannot stress this enough - commercial service.
The thing is, think tanks and wholly unregulated, unelected “consultants” are the real deep state and the real shadow economy and tge same firms associating with government also shape private businesses. This occurs, of course, internationally. Of course there are government instruments and plants in these private entities because they are unregulated and poorly overseen.
MKULTRA is responsible for LSD being an occupational hazard for anyone anywhere remotely near the US DoD. Doubtless this extended to Japan, but you’d expect most of this to be in Tokyo and Okinawa…but Tokyo is huge, that’s like saying “New York” except both the city and state somehow administering islands out in the middle of nowhere like Chichijima. Trust me, Japan is way too busy being boring vs what the USA is doing. Everything to do with the government is being done either in Entish or in Moonie. Organized crime is where all the intrigue is and even that is more Bushido this, Bushido that, how can we turn this into a Pachinko machine or merch rather than “how can we use this to pick on minorities because of some Protestant’s porn guilt/maintain social cohesion with a lie”. Japan already has social cohesion and already tried that type of thing pre-internet.
