The path to Noahide is all incremental. Arguably, demoting Jesus as a prophet in Islam helps advance Noahide, because it makes it less pagan and more monotheistic. Doesn't take away from the fact Christianity was the initial move to destroy all the other, non-kosher religions of their enemies.

I think it's like how communism advanced itself in stages and purged groups that initially helped them gain control.
