I don't believe they are people, according to normal height distribution they shouldn't exist at all, yet I see these 7+ feet Nephilim abominations on daily basis.

They are moon ghosts. The reason they are bigger is so their weight is the same as it would be on earth.

The dutch have two races. Ogres, who are tall, very messy and nonchalant about their own physical being.
And Dwarves, who go to the gym, take steroids and get fancy haircuts.
The women are unremarkable except for the Ogre females, who are great in bed but equally nonchalant about their appearance, and so aren't delicate at all.

Animals born with any abnormality die soon, so you can't see them and their gene can't spread, but because society humans born with abnormalities survive and even spread their genes, that is why we have a lot of freaks. Also, we eat meat filled with growth hormones.
Giants are just bigger though, aside from that they are totally normal, I would not call them "abomination".

They are 7 stds bigger than average, they shouldn't exist at all! I have never seen 140 cm men in my life, but 210 cm I see daily and no, they do not have acromegaly.
