anyone else having clear visions of nightmarish scenes jump scaring the shit out of you?

It's happened to me a couple times before. Once I got a vivid mental image of a hand with the fingers in a weird position that was so scary to me. For a few minutes afterwards, I was sitting there getting glimpses of it in my memory and still finding it frightening while also finding it very strange that it was frightening.

I have talked to 3 diff ppl with chaotic event dreams. Then had this strange feeling of deja vu driving through a small town, but it was like something cataclysmic had happened and I was wondering what would happen to the world.

Yeah, pretty much every night right before I fall asleep. My dreams are often much worse and the ones where I'm dying are also accompied by really heavy dejavu. Though the fear is long gone at this point and replaced with a morbid curiosity on why my brain is showing me these things.

Not visions, just vivid memories of shit I wish I've never seen. I don't know if PTSD is /x/ though
