Its you against hundret/thousands people. You will never win. You can try finding out and fighting them, but you will never defeat a group of thousands. They only found out about Zersetzung in east germany because the regime fell.
You think any of the Zersetzung victims could fight it on their own? Its demoralizing but its the truth.

East germany got taken over by west germany, thats why we know about the stasi/Zersetzung operations.
Other eastern block regimes almost certainly had the same thing going on but we don't know about it because it never got into "enemy-hands" like in east germany.
Western countries have exactly the same program akin to Zersetzung aka Gangstalking.
