I don't know about any gemstones, but what I do know for sure is that getting plenty of sunlight exposure is extremely good for your mental health, including your stress levels too. It gives you free serotonin and shit, among other things as well. Helps with anxiety a ton. Don't believe me? Just look it up on the Internet, it's true. Just don't get sunburned though.
